Role Description The HR & Marketing Intern will support both human resources and marketing activities in a full-time, remote capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with HR documentation, maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding processes, and helping coordinate employee benefits and internal communications. On the marketing side, the intern will help with market research, social media support, content preparation, and campaign tracking related to JarNox’s cybersecurity solutions for the financial sector. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining organized workflows, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment. Qualifications Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices. Ability to assist with HR Management tasks such as maintaining employee records and supporting onboarding. Understanding of HR Policies and basic compliance requirements. Interest in learning about Employee Benefits and related documentation. Basic skills in Personnel Management, including communication and coordination with team members. Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively. Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, online communication platforms). Interest in cybersecurity, technology, or the financial sector is an advantage. Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in HR, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
