📝 Job Description: L2 Software Developer Role Overview As an L2 Software Developer, you will be responsible for writing, testing, and maintaining code under the guidance of senior developers. This entry-level position focuses on learning best practices, contributing to small modules, and supporting the team in delivering high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain basic software components using Java, Python, or other relevant languages. Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in existing applications. Collaborate with senior developers to understand requirements and implement solutions. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following coding standards. Participate in code reviews and apply feedback to improve coding practices. Test applications to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance. Learn and apply version control (Git) and project management tools. Support integration tasks with databases, APIs, and third-party services.

✅ Requirements Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Equivalent practical experience may be considered. Technical Skills Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript). Basic understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts. Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript). Knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB). Exposure to version control systems (Git).
