ob Description We are looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users, developing all server-side logic, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You’ll play a key role in architectural decisions, mentoring junior developers, and scaling our core infrastructure to support our growing user base. Requirements 5+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and architectural patterns. Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Sidekiq. Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS or Heroku). Solid understanding of TDD (RSpec/MiniTest). Excellent communication skills and a "product-first" mindset.
